Creek, will be hosting a fun filled release party for the new music magazine.
Entertainment will be supplied by the pumping blues of the “Steady
Freddy” band with special rare performance by their guest, French
harmonica master Nico Wayne Tossaint on Saturday January 21st from 9 PM to
12 AM.
Steady Freddy is not your average ‘Cry In Your Beer’ blues band.
Come to a show expecting an evening of high energy music, with a mix of sounds
geared to kick off your shoes and boogie. This band will surely set the room
rocking hard, together with Nico Wayne Tossaint. Nico will be celebrating
10 years of recording and has just released his new album “Lonely Number” on
the Dixiefrog label, recorded in Montreal last June. That CD will also be
distributed in Canada and comes out in North America on the label Iguane
Records. He will begin touring that album shortly after in February 2012.
This will be a totally FREE evening of fun and a great place to mingle with
local musicians
as the magazine kicks off the New Year and celebrates 2012
in a grand way.
Metro Music Mayhem is a resource for musicians and fans of music and the
